PJ has taught at The Writers Studio, both in New York and online, since 2007. His teaching colleagues include writers Lisa Bellamy, Leslie Dormen, Joel Hinman, Lucinda Holt and Cynthia Weiner.

Also through his affiliation with The Writers Studio, PJ has participated in Craft Classes led by many of the country’s best poets. They include: Kim Addonizio, Jill Bialosky, Tina Chang, Kwame Dawes, Carl Dennis, Cornelius Eady, Jonathan Galassi, Dana Goodyear, Edward Hirsch, Major Jackson, Lawrence Joseph, James Lasdun, Wesley McNair, Ron Padgett, Robert Pinsky, Jana Prikryl, Tom Sleigh, Grace Shulman, Patricia Smith, Gerald Stern, Yusef Komunyakaa and Matthew Zapruder.

In another lifetime, PJ (working as Peter Krass) was a business and technology journalist. He now heads Petros Consulting, providing writing and editing services for a wide range of clients.
